Sports & Games

Games and sports find equal importance in the curricula. 

• Indoor games include chess and caroms
• Outdoor games include Kabbadi, Football, Kho-Kho, Volley-Ball, Shuttle Badminton and Cricket
• Sports activities include Shot-Put, Javelin, Disc Throw, Long and High Jumps

The sports and games events are conducted during national festivals. The CHILD Ashram does not encourage individual prizes.  So when a child wins an individual event, the prize given; is something that the entire patrol or something that is to be utilized by all children in general.
